Hekate’s Altar Cloth

$200.00

Hekate, goddess of magic of the ancient Greeks, is not exactly an urban deity. Her natural places of worship are mainly crossroads (tristata) and the wild areas of the countryside.
So how can the modern practitioner connect with the energy of Hecate in the city environment? Because if the result of magic depends on “where” then it is almost certain that most of us fail to find the appropriate key points! Unless of course, the “where” isn’t so important as the “how”…
Thus, and by studying the mechanics of magic, one discovers that a place can affect the magical effect due to various parameters such as its occult geometry, the materials that make it up (e.g. crystals) and also its influence on the psychological (and by extension the astral) mood of the person.
The latter, we can regulate it if we speak in the language that connects the divine with the human, that is, if we use Symbols – the language of the unconscious and psyche that is the soul which is the one true ultimate tool that comes in tune with the energies of Hekate.

The artistic workshop LOGOS 373 after studying the ancient literature, but also based on practical experience, presents a unique design of Hekate’s altar Cloth capable to enrich our personal holy space. The Cloth (135 cm X 96 cm) is made of high quality black velvet, embroidered with the main symbols of the goddess – keys, torches, snakes, crescent moon and Her 4 magical names written in ancient Greek (facing the 4 directions).
Its purpose is not only to add beauty to the individual domestic altar, but to reproduce those conditions through symbolic language, so as to activate her divine touch in the individual’s psychology. When body, speech and mind are properly coordinated, contact with the higher and the magical is possible.

Hekate’s altar cloth is made of high quality velvet.
The material we have chosen is extremely sensitive in order to accept easily the odors from the incense, the drops from the liquid offerings, and the marks from the candles you may use during your rites.
If for any reason you need to clean the fabric, please do not use a washing machine but hand wash it in cold water only. That way, you won’t need to iron it.
