You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify the Artist of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. The Artist cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

• Payments

For each order you place on the Site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the Product as of the time you submitted your order, as well as the delivery fees for the delivery service you select.

•  Shipping, refund & return policy

Products will be shipped via various companies. Any delivery dates provided by the Artist are estimates. The Artist reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. The Artist will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account. You are responsible for keeping your account and shipping information accurate and up-to-date.

If one of your packages is returned, the Artist will notify you via e-mail and the package will be send back to you. There will be no extra cost except the shipping fees.

All items/returns must be received by us within 30 days. They must be received in saleable condition to receive full refund. You do pay for freight to get the package back to the Artist.

• Privacy policy

The Artist use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. The Artist do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

• Changes to the service & prices

Prices for the Artist’s products are subject to change without notice.

The Artist reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. The Artist will not modify the price of your automatically renewing subscription without providing you with adequate notice and receiving your acceptance of the price change.

The Artist shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to the Artist’s Return Policy.

The Artist have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear at the store. The Artist cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

The Artist reserves the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of the products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. The Artist may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. The Artist reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that he offers. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. The Artist reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. The Artist do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The Artist reserve the right to refuse any order you place. Its in the Artist sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that the Artist make a change to or cancel an order, he may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made. The Artist reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in his sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the Artist’s store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that the Artist can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• Errors, omissions & inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be information on this site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.The Artist reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In no case shall LOGOS 373, or the Artist be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
